Synopsis

Even the Devil needs a PA.

Dahlia Clark is a Hell Broker. You want to sell your soul, she’s your girl.
The only problem? She’s not seen her boss, Luc, in over two centuries.
Not since he forced her out of hell, out of his bed and condemned her to be his eyes and ears on the surface.
As far as breakups go, it could have been better.

When Dahlia meets Samuel Rose, a male incubus with the London Underground scene wrapped around his finger, things are looking up in the romance department.
He’s dark and intense, and just what she thinks she needs.

Wrong.
Lucifer doesn’t like it when people play with his things.
It doesn’t matter that he dumped her over two hundred years ago. The Devil wants Dahlia back, whatever the cost.

My Thoughts

I received an email asking if I would be interested in reviewing this book. After reading the synopsis I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy this book. I wondered if it would be able to keep my interest.
It turned out to be a DELIGHTFUL SURPRISE. The book delivered on every level. I was left intrigued and wanting for more. I never thought that I would have enjoyed it as much as I did.
I became engrossed, captivated, intrigued with Dahlia and YES must I say Lucifer.
You would have thought the devil has a romantic side. Who would think that the devil had a heart… Who would think that the devil gets nervous or worried about prophecies… Who would think that he would fall in love…   Well this devil (Luc) does…
Luc (the devil) is feared by so many, except the strong and fierce Dahlia.
Dahlia’s heart only belonged to one man. Although it seemed that she was trying to move on from Luc, her actions proved different.  The more she did, the more she was drawn closer to him. Dahlia was strong (bad ass), but weak and vulnerable at times.
This book was well written with an intriguing storyline. The only thing is, this book is a standalone book and it left me with a lot of questions. ????????????????????????????? A lot of questions. What is the outcome of the spell?????????????????? So many questions without answers.  I hope there will be a follow up. That’s how captivated I am.
If you are a paranormal fan I would say this is a MUST READ.
