Review: Goodreads Challenge 2017

This year I decided to do the Goodreads reading challenge and challenged myself to read over 100 books at first. Then I thought, “you are being overzealous here.” There was no way I was going to be able to do that; between work, family and finishing my masters I had to cut back.

I decided that 75 books was more realistic.  I am happy to say that I did it and a little more. Reading brings such great escape for me. To be able to dive into unknown worlds and explore. From fantasy to smutty romance I love it all.

Side note: I also finished my masters.

A few of  the books that I Enjoyed:

A few of the books that I could have passed on:

I was really disappointed with Cheater; I love Rachel Van Dyken’s Eagle Elite Series, but I couldn’t get into this book. I also didn’t like books that were not full books. The stories are so rushed and end ups being boring and a waste of time.

To see more of the books that I have read and reviewed check out My 2017 Year in Books on my Goodreads pagehttps://www.goodreads.com/user/year_in_books/2017/62484395

With 2018 upon us, how many books should I challenge to read in the upcoming year?
