Hello:
I went MIA again for the past two weeks, but I have been reading. I recently discovered Parker S Huntington book’s. I have become addicted and have been devouring as much of it as possible.
I started reading Bastiano Romano: A Mafia Romance Novel but a couple of chapters into this book, there was something dark and mysterious that I loved about Asher Black. I stopped reading Bastiano Romano and went in search for Asher Black’s story. Thankfully I found it. After finishing Asher Black I returned to finished Bastiano Romano’s story. Devious Lies was next, followed by Renata Vitali, Damiano De Luca and finished it off with Ranieri Andretti.
I forgot to mention that these books are apart of The Five Syndicates series, excluding Devious Lies. I also didn’t read them in sequence and I didn’t read Nick’s story. I don’t know if I would need to at this point.
I appreciate Parker’s writing style, the way that she chooses to connect with her readers. Must say I did learn a few things, literally.
I have attached a couple of the reviews I completed on Goodreads, if you haven’t read them and enjoy mafia romance or contemporary romance check her out.
Next week on #FridayReviews I will be giving my thoughts on Night Swim by Megan Goldin.
